This project provided opportunities for volunteers (both young and old) to take an active part in celebrating and preserving their heritage.
The initiative:
- trained volunteers in digital archiving
- supported development of curriculum materials and activities for schools in Cornwall
- disseminated audio-visual heritage online and at public exhibitions.
Out of the Box provides internet hosting for completed Cornish community heritage projects on a dedicated website in perpetuity.
